Driveway pressure washing in Hollywood, FL. Even finish, no stripes.
Mold, tire marks and years of grime lifted with a commercial rotary surface cleaner, then treated so the black comes back slower.

Why driveways go dark so fast here
Florida concrete is porous. Rain, irrigation and shade feed mold and mildew that settle into the surface, and tire marks and oil spots build up on top.
A garden-hose nozzle or a cheap pressure washer usually leaves 'zebra stripes'. That's why we use a commercial surface cleaner that cleans evenly.
Our three-step process
First we pre-treat to loosen organic growth. Then we clean with the surface cleaner and detail the edges, joints and steps. Finally we apply a post-treatment that slows regrowth.
Concrete can look blotchy while it dries. The real color shows after about 24 hours.
Add the rest of the outside
Most customers add the front walkway, sidewalk, pool deck or patio in the same visit. Bundling saves you money compared to booking each separately.
Questions people ask
Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Not the way we do it. A surface cleaner spreads the pressure evenly, so it cleans without etching lines into the concrete.
Can you remove oil stains?
Normal cleaning lightens oil and tire marks. Deep-set oil and rust need a separate treatment, and some old stains won't disappear completely. We tell you what to expect before we start.
How long until I can park on it?
Right after we finish. The concrete just needs to dry for the final color to show.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we have access to an outdoor water spigot and the cars are moved.
